| We are all so excited to share that Tahary presented us with a beautiful black colt just after midnight on May 28, 2008. We were busy from midnight until 5:00 in the morning with all of the duties of a new born foal. Tahary did her usual remarkable job and has been the perfect Mom. |
Taliesin One Week Old

Taliesin is shown here at one week of age with his mother, the wonderful Trakehner mare, Tahary. Taliesin has a strong influence of his 4-star Oldenburg Stallion, IDEAL. His daily paddock turn out involves lots of little jumps and bucks as he has found his legs. He has discovered grain and will gum the hay alongside Tahary. He also loves playing in the water trough with his lips and tongue as his mother drinks. There is nothing more rewarding and entertaining than to watch a new foal make brand new discoveries. |
