Dylan’s ride to the top was full of fun around every corner. Dylan retired February 16, 2011 after competing at the 158th Westminster Dog Show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Dylan finished his show career ranked 23rd in the United States, earning his Grand Championship, the much coveted invitation to the Eukanuba Classic, and showed like a rock star at the Golden Retriever Club of America’s 2010 National Specialty in Colorado.

Dylan went to the top with a super team of people. First and foremost; his beloved owners, Belinda and Larry Wurn, who allowed Dylan to embark on the journey. Morgan & Kasey Brooks who trained, conditioned and traveled thousands of miles with Dylan for the superb presentation of him. Morgan is assisted ringside by Krissy & Kasey O’Brien.

I have had numerous Champions here at GoldenGael. But when you finally breed a Champion, it’s a feeling like no other. It says “you did it right”. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention his Dam and Sire: Ch. Snowshoe’s All U Need is Love “Lennon” and Am.Ch, Ch. Gr. Col. Ch. Gr.Arg. Ag-Golden Age Diamond Intican SDHF “Simba”.

On the first day of the competitive January 2011 Circuit Brooksville Cluster #I, we are very proud that Dylan was awarded the Judge’s First Award of Merit.

Dylan is in his final round of shows for the next few weeks before heading to Westminster at Manhattan’s Madison Square Garden.

We are all extremely proud of this great Champion, Morgan and Kasey Brooks, his handlers who train and condition him, along with his devoted and beloved owners, Belinda and Larry Wurn.
